can't upload anymore...

i made a few security fixes and now, when i try to upload a photo, this error comes up


Warning: move_uploaded_file(./data/media/26/Muestra.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/a5ive/public_html/havista/includes/upload.php on line 114

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/php4ZIIXV' to './data/media/26/Muestra.jpg' in /home/a5ive/public_html/havista/includes/upload.php on line 114

tried everything on the help doc, all permissions are correct and i've got safe mode as it says...
does anyone know what i can't upload?
