how i can upload picture from FTP

plz anyone can tell me how i can upload pictures in FTP becouse i cannot upload a grand number of picture on explorer, becouse my connection is bad, i can upload it from ftp and how????

batch & import give you a lot of Threads and Mods...

Also you can upload the images in the data/media/cat_id_folder and then go to acp and use "check new images"...
