Photo upload problem for photo larger than 500K
« on: August 18, 2005, 12:06:12 PM »
When I tried to upload photo larger than aroun 500K, it failed with "The page cannot be displayed".  I have tried higher pixel setting (e.g. 3000 pixel by 3000 pixel) in my 4images settings.   The default of 2M max upload file size is used.

Appreciate if anybody can help me with this fundamental problem.   I am a newbie with 4 images.

Thanks in advance.

Eric

sounds like your server is running out of memory, ask your hoster to increase max memory allowed per script in php.ini.
Your first three "must do" before you ask a question:
Please do not PM me asking for help unless you've been specifically asked to do so. Such PMs will be deleted without answer. (forum rule #6)
