Autothumbnailer Problem..
« on: June 06, 2005, 11:43:13 PM »
I have been searching for days on this forum and I dont' find an answer that I need. I installed GD right. I get this..

"GD library error.
Check module settings."

Now I checked it it was my host and it must be because I'm hosted by two different people, the GD works for my other host, but not this one, is there something I need to tell my host to fix this. Please if anyone could help me, I would appreciate it. I love 4images to stop using it.

I had the same problem and needed to install php-gd
For my fedora box all i had to do was type
"yum install  php-gd.i386"

For other installations you'll probably need to search rpmfind.net for the appropriat php-gd rpm

PHP already has build-in GD support, but must be enabled when compilled...actualy it enabled by default...
Your first three "must do" before you ask a question:
Please do not PM me asking for help unless you've been specifically asked to do so. Such PMs will be deleted without answer. (forum rule #6)
