[REQ] Category Vote/Sort

Hello,

I'd like to see a Hack with which I can enable my users to give points for a category
and an option to sort the categorys by those votes.

the votes may be changed afterwards as often as the user likes to.
so I and my other users can see which Category's are IN and which OUT.


well, i'd be very glad if somebody could realize something like that.
