Information that user is not authorization to open pictures

Hi,
is there an easy solution to tell the user that he/she is not authorized when clicking on a picture, either by a shprt message or pop up?

gibt es eine Möglichkeit den usern durch ein pop up oder andere eine Art mizuteilen, daß sie nicht authorisiert sind die Bilder zu öffnen?
