Show all comments for a category

hi

i searched the forum and found out some nice comment mods, but not only the one i like to have. i want a possibility, to show all comments in a category. the thumbnail on the left side, the comments on the right side. perhabs a possibility to add a new comment directly from this screen.

is there any possibility to implement such a solution? so that the users can click a link on the left side of the category name to see this screen?
