Moving images from one folder to the other
« on: June 25, 2003, 11:47:27 PM »
Is this possible? Let's say I have a folder with images in them, but later I decide to make a sub-category and want to move some images in the new sub-category.  Do I have move each image manually via FTP...or is there an easier way?

the actual answer is: no, there is not easier way.

You could simply edit the image in the admin control panel and select a different category from the drop down list.  4images should take care of moving the image and the thumbnail to the right folder and update the database accordingly.  To my thinking this is easier.
