logo image

is there any plugin can add my site logo (small image ) to every image in the system and via uploading

can i specify the location of the logo on image when i upload it?
cause i have a lots of images which it have logos so i want to put my logo over the other logo but the problem is the logos locations are different between the images

any plugin plz?

sorry for late
this method doen't solve the problem cause it is transparance! so the old logo still apeares
is there any other method to put my logo over ( delete ) the old logo?

for the editors!
is there any online ( PHP or ASP..........etc ) editors?
