Moving whole categories

Hi all.

Is it possible to move whole categories in order to place them as a sub-category of another one?

An example:
There are 15 Main-Categories with pictures of parties.
To create some clearness I want to create a category named "parties" and move all categories mentioned above under the new category "parties".

any idea?

simply edit your categories and select desired parent category
