My  problem is:  
Few users - Few problems.
Many Users - Many problems.

I need a mod that can ban registered users.  

This mod must contain three fields, user name, the email address and ip address.
It must be controlled in the administration area and the banned user musn´t appear in the memberlist.

Mein Problem ist:
Wenige Benutzer - wenige Probleme.  
Viele Benutzer - viele Probleme.
 
Ich benötige einen  mod, der zugelassene Benutzer verbieten kann..  
 
Dieser mod drei Felder, Benutzernamen, das email Adresse und das IP Adresse enthalten.  Er muß im Leitungsbereich gesteuert werden und der verbotene Benutzer darf nicht im mitgliederliste.

if from whole site (4images part) then u can do it with .htaccess

But i want if is posible a (ban) like phpBB in admin section, because ip isn´t ever the same.  
Usually these persons use always the same or seemed name users.
With more options to ban better for all.

it's like ban function in IBF... If user does not integrate 4images with IBF,
why 4images does contain this function ????

IMHO, the whole idea is useless - go any search engine and find thousands open proxies, which you can use to overcome any ban set at the gallery. The only solution I can see is site registration, confirmed by admin, so you know more or less, who is uploading pics.
