MySQL username / password

I use the Tripod (se)
and when Ive activeted MySQL for my acc. it only gives me the database name....
It sais "Your username and password is no need when connecting to database".

So what shall I do when configurating 4Images for the first time .. ?

PS: what is Hostname ?

Username: the name of your account
Password: leave this field empty
