Blank screen for some users if make a upload

Hi,

A little problem!

Some users get a blank screen if make a upload! :

I and a lot of other users don't have any problem.

PHP Version 5.2.12

4images 1.7.7 with all fixes

hi probably the file size of some uploads of your users are too big (check your allowed file size and exceed it if necessary)... so a timeout comes and the users get a blank screen...

The problem are in same browsers. The user change for another browser and works.

I tried in IE 7/8,Oprah,Firefox,Chrome,Safira and no have any problem.
