How to change this ?

From where to change the value of {url_home} ? any one can please tell me And how to show 12 or more recent pictures on main home page, currently we see only 3 right now Please help me thanks.

1.  {url_home} -> to change in page_header.php
2.  more recent pictures -> FAQ -> How can I show more new images on home page? : http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=8946.0
