How do i diable CAPTCHA in1.7.6

hiya my domain just upgraded from 1.7.4 to 1.7.6 4images and i have a subdomain im trying to add 4images to
but i cant get the CAPTCHA disabled how do i do that ?

In that case you do something wrong.
Try another text editor (do not use notepad/wordpad if you are using windows OS)
