Download restriction for each user.

Hello all,

sorry for my poor english. I hope you can understand what i mean:

I search for a Modification to provide an opportunity that i can define
how many downloads each user can make.

I wish this mod in the memberlistoverview and be able to define
downloadcredits for each registred and activated User.

Example:
Name of User | Join Date | short Memo | eMail | Credits left |
John Doo | 22-11-2008 11:43P.M. | Artist | no@no.to | 10 + - |

In addition: If i click on the Name of some User, i am able to see what the User have in the Lightroom and has downloaded in the past.

Is that possible?
