The date/time format is in the settings in the admin control panel.  Refer to this page http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.date.php for the formats that are possible.  

If you mean adjust the time as in change the clock, this isn't controlled through 4images.  You'll have to talk to your host about adjusting the system clock.  

If you mean, change the time displayed to something that matches your time zone, open includes/constants.php and look for this:

define('TIME_OFFSET', 0);

What do you mean by "adjust the links"?  What links?  What adjustment?

the links are only seen in the template i use.
i discovered today, so i have to be on an other website to know the answer. thanks for your info!
