Newb question here (having the worst time with this)

After a new install whats the default admin login!? or how to you reset it?

During the installation process you create the default admin account yourself.

You can use phpmyadmin and edit username and password in 4images_users table (if you going to change password, make sure you select "MD5" in the dropdown next to the password field).
