Guest allow to vote

I would like to know how can i allow user to vote without register?
I saw a few website they can allow user as guest to vote without login.

can anyone let me know. thank

its controled by permissions for each category individualy.
ACP (Admin Control Panel) -> Edit categories -> Edit -> set "Vote" to "Guests"
