Problems with thumbnail

I have everytrhing working fine, after I validate the picture the thumb is the default thumb pic
( http://norpacva.com/gallery/templates/default/icons/gif.gif )

Is there something im missing in the settings?

Or only with the validated Images?

Just the thumbs that appear on the main page. I see the thumbs when I validate them throught the admin controll panell

I see your are not enable to creat Thumbnails... (o:

Please use the Auto Thumbnailer! And read the FAQ Forum and try the search!

I have enabled auto thumbnailer, it is still not working. I read through FAQ and didnt see anything
