Title: after GD activaiting Imagemagik not working

Hello
first i had Imagemagik then i wished to have GD too.
my hoster add GD.
now i have the problem in the adminPanel i change to GD since the checkimages.php MOD is crashing after 3 or 4 picture!
then i changed back to Imagemagik in tht adminPanel includ the right path!

But the checkimages.php MOD is not working - it runs and search for new picture - it find picture and when showing me the thumb of this picture it is white with red cross!

so what should i do that imagemagik works again well?
or it is not possible to have GD an Imagemagik?

mmm...sounds familuar...that was one of the reasons I forced myself learn how to use linux system...windows as a server is only good when ASP used...even then...:?

Anyway, it sounds to me that your server is not properly configured to use IM (permissions issue) or IM is somehow corrupted...there is nothing u can do about it, just contact your hoster.

OK i will ask my hoster - but bevor the update in PHP and activaiting the GD Modul
IM works fine to me!

he did not change any path only updated PHP and add the Modul GD   :?

but it is still not running anymore ... so what could i do?  :(

Vincent, when it comes to server configuration, you as a client of the hosting provider has no control over it at all, unless u have physical access to the server box or root (administrator) access through "remote control" or whatever they use on windows based servers...

thanks for your feedback - so lets turn the question - what should i tell/Ask my hoster, to get it running again?
or why I have problem with checkimages.php and it is not able to load more then 5 Picture in one?
