How to Get best quality of animated thumbnail ?

Hello ...

Have anyone of you animated thumbnails? I have and the quality is very poor.
The thumbnails are in GIF format.
Nevertheless some animated thumbnails are good ,like those in the categorie 'fun' or 'cartoons - DB Z'

Those in the categorie 'flags' aren't good!!

Would like to find a way to fix that...

And what version of ImageMagick do u use? is it the lattest? (I doubt it)

the version of imagemagik i use is 6.2.4
