How can I add more Valid file extensions and it works ?

Hi 2 all of you

i add this new extensions "3gp,3gpp" , and I but the template in the directory but when I try to
upload the file it gives me this error :
Error uploading image file:
test.3gp: Invalid file type (3gp, )

how come guys ?
