Uploading image problem!

When i try to upload an image, i get this:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(./../data/media/3/misc0139ov.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/storage/users/m/a/d/madonnafresh/4images/includes/upload.php on line 113

No database entry!
 
 


What does this mean adn what should i do?

i had no idea you were talking the fourm search, i did search around 5 times in 2 days!
I couldnt find anything on my problem, at all!
where is that and how do i use it?

all this time you could have just posted me what to od or poat a link for me, your a pretty rude person for when a few people are looking help (you really shoudl sticky that page!) i think im gonna try coppermine photo instead.

any way, i did waht i was told, everything (chmode thing too) and it still doesnt work, my host has safe-mode on, so i did that thing for it to recgonize that its off, and everything that i did, it didnt help, i still get that dang message!

2) install the "bypass safe mode" mod (which is also mentioned in the topic u've already visited)
3) dont upload images throught web, use FTP and then follow the instructions in the FAQ
4) switch host.

I'm  bit unclear about the bypass safe mode mod. It says insert username and password, is this supposed to be your ftp user + pword, or the username and pword from the photoalbum?
