Problem with tags
« on: June 26, 2003, 06:24:47 PM »
Hi,

Although I installed the script as instructed and http://mysite/4images/pms.php works fine, none of the tags I include in my templates appear. For example, the {pms} tag cannot be displayed anywhere. Instead, I get a blank in the place where the tag information is supposed to appear.

Any ideas?

and u are talking about....?
what is pms.php?
yes, ofcourse I know what is it, but my point is, that with your description the only answer we could give u would be our plaing guessing, nothing else.
also, if this is about a mod u just installed, then please, for the feature, reply to the mod, dont start new topic.

You are correct, I mentioned an incorrect example.

This tag issue occurs with all the tags (eg {date}). They do not appear on the template pages when they are called from within 4images. For example, hitting http://mysite/4images/ which loads header.html + home.html, no tags are displayed. Instead, I get nothing where the tag information is supposed to appear. It is not a mod-specific error but a system-wide error.

Which files should I check?

Although this may appear to be a problem affecting your entire site, it probably stems from a mistake made in implementing the PMS mod.  Recheck your work carefully.
