first thankx for help in this forum and for 4 image script

in the fact i need some help

1- i like to allow users can choose language may be 1 need english or french or others

so how i can make users choose their lang

2- i install the script and i like to remove the copyright


3- i like to intsall many lang i have english arabic and germany
so how i can get more like chiense french

so how that will cost me
and how i will pay

3. translate /lang/<yourlanguage>/main.php file, then create new folder with name of your language in: /lang/

but in the fact i read forums it very good
but not for me
i see many codes and i try  but i fail

so please write the right code and where i but it in any page
i have 3 lanuage now
arabic english and germany
and english is default

i like to allow user change  lang
