nothing in config.php so I can deactivate the verification

When I downloaded the config.php form my web hosting provider there wasn't any of the information that was in the CAPTCHA document in it. I took a screenshot of the config.php but blacked out somethings . Please help me ASAP!!!

We don't really understand your question but let me try.
- if you want to disable verification (CAPTCHA) you have to turn OFF javascript in header.
