Jaipho/Pipho - iPhone/iPad optimized image gallery viewer
« on: February 25, 2012, 09:19:16 AM »
Hi,

I stumbled across Jaipho (www.jaipho.com) and it allows users to view web image gallery optimized for iPhone/iPad (i.e., view images full screen with swipe function).  It makes your image gallery interact like native iPhone/iPad image viewer.

It appears the Jaipho is the client-side javascript gallery, while Pipho (combined with Jaipho) is the server-side PHP engine.

Would it be possible for the 4images gurus out there to MOD Jaipho/Pipho so that it could be integrated with our 4images gallery??

Thank you!

Thank you for your reply.

I believe that topic just refers to a redirect and "mobile" template.

What Jaipho does is actually allow the user to view the images optimized for mobile, but ALSO allows user to swipe between images using the mobile device touchscreen.  Similar to how photos are viewed on native iPhone/iPad app and Facebook app.

Any thoughts on how to implement this?
