category permissions in the latest version

This is stated in the latest release version as an update: Added "checkall"-checkbox to assign permissions to all categories at once

If this is NOT under the edit category settings, where is this 'check all' button located?

8 steps need when ask question -

- PHP version (ACP - > phpinfo())
