Wanted: Teplate Designer for 4images

I am looking for someone to make a gallery template using a complete photo that I provide. The template will be almost a wide default template nothing fancy. Well I was thinking if you could take a whole picture and put sear, galleries, login and the rest of the buttons and info on top of the photo. I hope that makes sense?

I have the photo I can send it if I new where.
