Search Bug in 1.7.4 also in Demo

Hello!
Now i will try again and hoping to receive an answer to this bug and a solution for it.
Because there is the same problem in the Live Demo of 4homepages.

In Live Demo (and also on my site) there is following search bug:

If you try to search for "Kämmen" or "Haarbürste" or "Zähne" in the Live Demo you will not receive an image result.
Although the images are existing with these keywords in image title, description or image keywords.

Is there hope to get some answers about that, perhaps a bugfix :

Where are the moderators for receiving an answer on my question :

I did not find out the problem myself and it is ALSO STILL a BUG in the DEMO!

Warum funktioneren die Suchen mit Umlauten auch nicht in der Live-DEMO von 4images ohne MODs :
Warum funktionert es auch nicht in meiner lokalen Testinstallation unter XAMPP?

Also an meinen MODs liegt es dann wohl nicht oder?

Also Kai hat den Bug schon aufgenommen... Also müsst ihr/du euch/dich min. bis zu 1.7.5 gedulden! (o:

o.k. damit kann ich leben.
Das ist mal eine Aussage nach so langem Warten. Also warten wir auf die neue Version und hoffen es wird dann funktionieren.

@ivan nochmals...wenn es in der demo ebenfalls nicht funktioniert, kann die Ursache wohl eher nicht allein an meinen Modifikationen liegen.
