New vision of shoutbox

Im trying to build shoutbox but with poor results
I saw one in flash on sockets but its magic for me

I found this
on first look its really simple but i cant include it on side (its wont work with  <iframe>s)
Maybe someone smarter than I'm could use it and build shoutbox
