Search Engine Friendly URLs For Microsoft-IIS/6.0

Hi
My Site is hosted on Microsoft-IIS/6.0 Server I want to make Search Engine friendly URls and i did all the changes described in the (Search Engine Friendly URLs Mode) but its not working and I know Its because Of IIS server not supporting .htaccess files.
is there any other way to do it?
