How To Add Text Under The Images???

how he has a text line under every image like example

Right Click the Download Link Above And Choose Save As




How would i add something like this please help

On thumbnails bit it comes under thumbnails i want under the actual image after u click on thumbnails and thanks a lot lot for ur help

Never Mind I got it in details where to edit i opened the file in front page :P thanks a lot dude for ur help thanks a lot it worked superb :X
