File Upload Denied

I post videos (*.avi) files to my gallery and have problems uploading files larger than 2mb.  I changed the settings on my admin panel to 4mb, but every time I upload a huge file, it just refreshes my "Add Image" page.  Is there a way to change this?

By default settings in PHP, u can max upload files 2 mb.
ask your host if they can increase it, but belive me, it's not worthit. use FTP instead.
