getting this error message when i try to upload

i cannot upload any image, every time i try i get this message below

Parse error: parse error in /www/spnew165/public_html/novo/includes/upload.php on line 272

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: upload in /www/spnew165/public_html/novo/member.php on line 546

what is on line 272 and 546 in upload.php and member.php?

if u just installed it, try to reinstall.

i installed without any changes... i tried to reinstall it many times too...
but this problem is still happening
