How many query need the script to display one page ?

Is it possible to desactive some options like image counting etc ... to have less query ?

1.  That depends on the page so there is no single answer anyone can give you.

2.  You can remove features from the templates by removing lines that look like this:

Code: [Select]

{tag_name}
But without ripping apart the PHP code, the underlying script and database processing still remains in place.  You would save processing time in the parsing and output of templates though.
