Thumb from newest image in list of subcategories possible?

Hello!
Is there a way for showing a thumb from the latest added image with each subcategory?

I mean so not only the title of the subcategory and the quantity of images what are in the subcategory are shown, but also a little thumb? Could that be included by any way?
