[ Help! ] I wanna remove a MOD.

Please i wanna remove a MOD on my Gallery, but i don't remember it's name, so i can't remove it.

The MOD coverts the URL from to another like that:
It was >> SiteURL/details.php?image_id=6228
Now it's >> SiteURL/img-aishwarya-rai-(11)-6228.htm

The red font is the id of the pic
The underlined is the name of the pic

i wanna remove it because i have some arabic actors, and no Arabic URLs.


please help me...
