Watermark (annotation) request

I've been playing around with the watermark mod but cannot get an image to work, only text.  I'm using a windows 2003 box with IIS 6 and have ImageMagick installed on it.

I can add watermark images from the command line using the composite command with no problem. 

Can someone (who knows programming) add the option to use the composite command for watermarking with an image when using ImageMagick?
