Let normal users add categories and sub-categories

Hi,

Maybe V@no or someone else can help me out on this.
I want to create a button so all users (not admins) can add categories or subcategories. Is it possible?

Yeah, I'm looking for the same thing, but so far I've had no luck finding one!  :(

I wouldn't mind trying my best at hacking away to get this to work either, but I'd like to know if it is possible also.
