Help again error message when trying to register.

 i tried to register a test id  and got this error. I am woundering if all my visitors get this too?

Email Error: EHLO invalid mail server response: 220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,

what do i have to do?

I went and changed "use smtp server" I choose NO. now I tried a test ID and did get email how ever the email looks like this:

I have changed the user name and site name just to be sure. But why do I get this email. It means my visiootrs get it to and they wounder what it is and never activate there account.

I have just installed 4images, very nice program, but have the same problem with sending e-mail and e-cards with SMTP.  There is no problem with sending messages using port 25 with Outlook and other SMTP clients.  My server (Bluehost) is unable to explain why these programs work but 4images doesn't.  Is it possible that your email script does not account for SMTP servers that do not require user authentication?

of course selecting the "no" radio-button for use SMTP is possible, but then recipients need to go to the web site to pick up their e-card, not ideal.

Any further thoughts on this?
