and you have checked that templates/4bare/media/jpg.html file exists (that supposed to be an obvious first action to do) and you are 100% sure the permissions are set properly as discribed in docs/installation.txt?

all chmod settings are explained in docs/installation.txt ;)

Try Uploading "images" and "icons" directory in ur template for one more time.
AND make sure that these directories are chmod to 755.
