error messege. Server problem.

when you log in to my 4image site and try to download a zip file, it gives me Internal Server Error but when I enter the link to the zip file into the browser it opens the file. I looked into the error log file it indicates : Premature end of script headers for the download.php

some files work and some don't. What can i do? what is the problem?

any ideas?

I have emailed my hosting company they telling me I have to contact 4images for this issue. What do i have to do? Please some one help me.......

"Internal Server Error" is 4images fault? omg! whoever told u that is full of [use your imagination to finish this sentence]
do u have access to the error log files? they could also help

yes what do you need to do so? now can it be that the this fom can not download files larger than 30mb? because some of the smaller file are ok if so how can I change it?

u can not change it unless u have access to php.ini
ask your hoster to increase memory limit per script.

I dont know what is "php admin" but if u dont have root access to your server, there is nothing u can do about it.

I had this problem when I moved server.  It has to do with your .htaccess file.  Check to see if you try to turn session id off, if you do have it there.  Remove that line and it should work...
