Hi, i´m Martin, i live in the Netherlands,
I´ve been around as a guest for some while, but now i had to register, just to be able to give my special thanks to people such as Jan, V@no & chris, for the perfect understandable 4images mods out here!
I´m a PHP newbie, but i had no trouble at all implementing different mods to my 4images system, it´s just a case of "knowing what you do, following the instructions closely"
Last thing i did today was editing the postcard _create bit, and added some more colors, just a simple thing by copy&paste the table sections and replacing color codes
but hey thats HTML, no problems with that
I´m using the 4images system as a download system, meaning that i´ve changed the templates to show thumbnails instead of the images, so when adding new images, the first upload browser button is used to upload a zip file and the 2nd is to upload a large scale image wich will be the thumbnail that shows.
That i figured out my self as a php newbie, a simple way of changing {image} to {thumbnail} in some templates
well thanks again guys for the great explanation on how mods must be added!
