ist es möglich das die bilder direkt freigegeben sind ohne vorherige prüfung und das direkt ein thumb erstellt wird?

Die direkte Freigabe kannst Du erreichen in dem Du in der Kategorie die Befugnisse für "Direkter Upload" entsprechend setzt.
Die automatische Erstellung der Thumbnails beim Upload ist leider nicht möglich.
