Site Logo Adder

is there any plugin can add my site logo (small image ) to every image in the system or via uploading

the new logo should delete the old one when it take it's location ( No transparency )

can i specify the location of the logo on image when i upload it?
cause i have a lots of images which they have logos so i want to put my logo over the old one but the problem is the logos locations are different between the images

i don't want to add text watermark!

any plugin plz?

if old logos are in different places, then the best solution for u is - use some external graphic editor (photoshop). Belive me, its easier this way then for each image change settings of script.
