Miserable Bildqualität mit Autothumbnailer

Hi alle!

Meine Thumbnails die ich automatisch generierte sehen zum speien aus.... Ausgebleicht, Rotstich, etc....

Woran liegt das, was kann ich tun, dass dies nicht so bleibt?
