Auto resizing and drop-down menu
« on: April 01, 2003, 08:33:00 AM »
:D Hi All,

I've got my Image Database up and running and it seems very well received (see http://www.aviceda.org/abid.htm)
Just a couple of questions (I did have a quick look through the FAQ's etc)

1. One contributor has uploaded files which are too large (I've since changed the 'User Settings' to prevent this happening again)
Is it possible to resize these images to fit in with the rest? I can get the NetPBM module to work but not Image Magick.
2. One viewer tells me that he cannot click on the 'Drop-Down' category box at the foot of the first (view?) page using his Mac (he reckons he can use it on his PC at work) He says that his Mac 'locks-up' whenever he tries.....any ideas?

Does 4homepages have a 'Donation' system? I am very pleased with this software and would like to put something back (mine is not a commercial site)

Tom

point 1.
Use auto resize in the admin panel. It will check all images on there size.

Kind regards,
Piet

Send a private message to Jan and ask him about it.

At the moment, no. Our goal is to have satisfied users, not money ;)
