Uploading images

When I try to upload an image, I get this error:

Warning: Unable to create './../data/media/2/20020220_mjc_u99_417.hi.jpg': No such file or directory in /home/brian/public_html/4images/includes/upload.php on line 114

Warning: Unable to move '/tmp/phpK8w7x2' to './../data/media/2/20020220_mjc_u99_417.hi.jpg' in /home/brian/public_html/4images/includes/upload.php on line 114

Error uploading image file: 20020220_mjc_u99_417.hi.jpg
20020220_mjc_u99_417.hi.jpg: Copy error. Please check the directory permissions.

How should I fix this? Thx!

check CHMOD for files and folders.
